探析电视胸腔镜辅助下小切口和电视胸腔镜手术治疗肺大泡的临床疗效

Efficacy analysis of video-assisted minor incision thoracoscopic surgery and video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of pulmonary bulla

目的比较电视胸腔镜辅助小切口手术(VAMT)与电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)治疗肺大泡疗效。方法将43例肺大泡患者分为两组,VAMT组23例实施VAMT治疗,VATS组实施常规VATS治疗,观察两组手术情况及疗效。结果两组引流时间、住院时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率、比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);VAMT组术后3 d引流量多于VATS组(P<0.05);VATS组手术时间短于VAMT组。结论 VAMT与VATS均具有创伤小、并发症少等优点,但VAMT手术时间较长,引流量较多。

Objective To compare treatment efficacy of VAMT with VATS in the treatment for pulmonary bulla. Methods 43 cases of pulmonary bulla were randomly divided into two groups, 23 cases in the VAMT group implemented VAMT, 20 cases in the VATS group implemented conventional VATS, observed surgical efficacy. Results Drainage, hospitalization time, blood loss, analgesics, incidence of complications between two groups showed no significant difference （P＆gt;0.05）;postoperative drainage volume of the VAMT group was more than theVATS group （P＆lt;0.05）; operative time of the VATS group was shorter than the VAMT group. Conclusion VAMT with VATS has less trauma, fewer complications, but VAMT need longer operative time and more drainage.
