摘要
提高领导胜任力,不仅是加强执政党能力建设的基本要求,也是衡量各级党政领导干部整体素质的重要内容。通过建立领导胜任特征模型,针对岗位胜任特征为各级领导干部量身定做分类培训计划,充分体现培训需求差异,打造品牌课程,完善和改进培训方式方法,进一步提高培训工作质量。
To improve the competency of cadres is not only the basic requirements for strengthening the competency construction ot the ruling party, but also an important element in assessing the overall calibers of political and the CPC' s cadres. Training quality can be improved through establishing cadre competency model, making tailored categorized training plans for different levels of cadres to fully cater to different training requirements, building famous courses and improving training methods and modes.
