摘要 当今时代,微博、微信等新媒体的广泛应用,给领导手段、被领导者和领导环境带来的重大变化,使领导干部运用微媒体实施领导的能力问题成为重大课题。作为一种重要的新型领导力,"微领导力"有熟练使用"微媒体"技术、凭借"微媒体"实施决策用人协调激励、运用"微媒体"技术来推动"微媒体"发展三个层次,只有三者俱备,才能形成良好的微领导生态。领导干部应将深入"微媒体"上升到走"新群众路线"的高度。要提高"微领导力",提升对"微媒体"的认识是前提,做好"微评人"是基础,遵循"微媒体"信息传播规律是关键,整合媒体资源是保障,保持信息公开是保证,加强管理、提升服务是根本。只有统筹各方、形成合力,才能切实提高"微领导力"。 In current times, the wide application of new media such as micro-blog and WeChat brings tremendous changes to management means, the subordinate and the management situation, which makes the capability to implement leadership through micro-media an important task. As an important new leadership, micro-leadership includes three levels: be familiar with micro-media technologies; implement decisions, coordination and motivating etc through micro-media and drive the development of micro-media through micro-media technologies. 0nly by completing all above three levels can government officials form nice micro-media ecology. Government officials should carry the application of micro-media to a higher level of new mass route. Improving the understanding of micro-media is a preposition, being a micro-media official is a basis, following micro-media information flow rules is the key, integrating micro-media resources is a guarantee, keeping the information open is a must and strengthening the administration of micro-media and improving the service is a solid base. Therefore, to improve micro-media leadership is to integrated all related resources and power and make efforts in the above six aspects.
