中西领导力相通又相异。从总体来说,中国和西方的领导者没有明显的民族差异性,他们的个性和价值观并没有反映中西方的差异。很难界定西方的领导力和中国的领导力,领导力很个性、很复杂,它体现了在一定时机和形势中赢得了追随者的领导者的个性和价值观。中国人和西方人对领导力的认知和应用差异巨大。中西方对领导者一词的理解不同,领导的角色和职能差异很大,中西方领导力实施的细节差异也很多。

Western and eastern leadership are quite similar yet with difference. Generally leaders in both China and western world share no distinguished national difference. Their personalities and values do not show much difference. It is hard to differentiate western leadership from Chinese leadership. Leadership is unique yet complicated. It shows the personalities and values of leaders who win followers in certain opportunities and situations. Chinese and western people have tremendous difference in the understanding and application of leadership. Leaders in China and western countries show different understanding for the word ＂leader＂, there are tremendous difference in the role and function of leaders, and there are also lots of difference in details of implementing leadership in China and western countries.
