摘要
对T型界面的夹钳的受力分析,通常需经过复杂的手工运算.通过UGS NX7.5参数化建模,选择材料,网格划分,施加力和固定约束,进行有限元分析.调用NX Nastran7.1迭代运算得到仿真模拟结果,对两种样式的夹钳进行了分析比较,并对较好形式的结果进行了参数优化设计.通过NX7.5这样的CAD/CAE软件,有利于实现产品的快速设计.
The mechanical analysis of the T-interface of the clamp usually requires complex manual calculations.In this study,finite element analysis is made of the clamp through UGS NX7.5modeling,material selection,meshing division and force and fixed constraint exertion.Simulation results are obtained by calling NX Nastran7.1iterative computation.The two forms of clamps are analyzed and compared,and the results of the better form are optimized.It is concluded that such UG CAD/CAE software as NX7.5can help to realize rapid design and development of products.
