摘要 针对数控系统现场总线实时传输过程中数据包出错所造成的安全性问题,提出了一种在数控系统双环总线结构下具有自我检错及纠错功能的数据传输方案.方案给出了一种双向传输数据的现场总线结构,设计了具有自我纠错功能的数据格式及相关的检错及纠错方法.实验结果表明与现有方案相比,该方案在满足数控系统实时性要求的前提下,有效地降低了重传概率,提升了通信效率. For solving the security problems caused by the errors occurring during the real-time transmission of the fieldbus in the CNC system,a new transmission scheme,which involves error detection and self-correction,is proposed in this paper based on the dual ring fieldbus in the CNC system.The scheme specifies the structure of two-way transmission in fieldbus and designs a data format with self-correcting function and related detection and correction method.It was demonstrated in a test that compared to the existing method this scheme effectively reduced retransmission probability and improved communication efficiency while satisfactorily meeting the real-time requirements of the CNC system.
