民办高校体育场馆BCO运营模式的探析

Analysis of BCO Operation Mode of Stadium Facility in Private College

运用文献资料法、访问调查法、数理统计法,对河南省14所民办高校的体育场馆现状及运营模式进行了调查分析,结果表明:体育场馆资源严重缺乏、体育场馆运营模式滞后是民办高校体育场馆存在的主要问题;BCO运营模式能较好地解决民办高校体育场馆运营的问题,即在学校投资的基础上,加大企业的投资、坚持科学定位,前瞻考虑体育场馆的综合利用、实施管教分离,创新场馆的管理体制、实施两权分离,创新场馆的运营模式。

Using the method of literature, investigation and mathematical statistics, the paper analyzes the present situation and operation mode of stadium facility in fourteen private colleges.The results show that severe lack of stadium resources, the lag of stadium operation mode are the main problems of stadium facility in private colleges; BCO operation mode can effectively solve the problem of stadium operation of private colleges, the specific practice is that increasing the investment of the enterprise on the basis of school investment, prospectively considering comprehensive utilization of stadium facility on the basis of adhering to the scientific positioning, implementing discipline separation to innovate management system of stadium facility, implementing the two powers separation to innovate operation mode of stadium facility.
