广西来宾市公益型社会体育指导员培训体系构建的新思考

New Thinking about the Construction of Public Welfare Social Sports Instructor Training System in Laibin City of Guangxi Province

通过对来宾市二、三级公益型社会体育指导员职业、年龄、学历等现状和培训工作存在主要问题进行分析,认为构建基层公益型社会体育指导员培训体系必须切合实际,选择群众需求的授课内容、组织群众能接受的授课形式、采用能展现群众技能的考核方式等,并提出发挥社会体育团体力量以减小培训过程中的难度,发挥体育院校资源以提高培训质量的具体措施。

Through the analysis of the status quo of the occupation, age and education of public welfare social sports instructor in Laibin city of Guangxi Province and the main problems of training, it is thought that the construction of grassroots public welfare social sports instructor training system must be realistic, select instruction contents needed by the masses, organize the masses to accept the delivery of the course, using the assessment methods which could show people＇s skills, and proposed specific measures of making full use of social sports organizations to reduce the difficulty of the training process, and applying sports institutions resources to enhance the quality of training.
