摘要
目的:了解人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)在东营地区人群中的感染率及各亚型分布,为HPV的感染及宫颈癌防治提供有力依据。方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)及反向点杂交的基因芯片技术对23种HPV型别进行检测。结果:HPV在963例21~60岁健康女性人群中的总感染率为21.50%,21~30岁组,31~40岁组,41~50岁组,51~60岁组人群感染率分别为28.35%、17.06%、26.73、33.33%。不同年龄组HPV感染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.291,P=0.001),其中31~40岁组感染率与其它三组间比较有显著性差异(χ2=357.588,P=0)。单一感染、二重感染、三重感染和四重感染占比分别为79.23%、15.46%、4.34%、0.97%。感染率由高到低的亚型分别为高危型(HPV16、56、52、58、31、33、35、68、18),在人群中的感染率分别为3.43%、3.32%、2.60%、1.77%、1.45%、1.35%、1.25%、1.25%、1.14%,低危型(HPV81、43、42、6、11),在人群中的感染率分别为2.70%、1.45%、1.35%、1.04%、0.62%。其中仅18例单一感染低危型,占总感染率的8.70%。189例感染高危型和高危型+低危型,占总感染率的91.30%。结论:东营地区健康成年女性(21~60岁组)HPV感染率较高,除31~40岁组,其它年龄段的女性均为HPV感染的高峰人群。高危优势亚型为HPV16型,低危优势亚型为HPV81型,并且单一型别的感染占比最大。
Objective:to investigate the status of infection as well as distribution of types of human papillomavirus (HPV) in healthy women population of Dongying district of Shandong in order to provide powerful evidence for prevention and treatment of HPV infection and cervical cancer. Methods:the total infection rate of HPV was 21.50%in 963 healthy women years during 21 to 60,the infection rate was respectively 28.35%、17.06%、26.73、33.33%in groups of 21 to 30,31to 40,41to 50,51to 60 years old. The HPV infection rates in different groups were statistically significant(χ2=16.291,P=0.001),among different groups, infection rate in 31 to 40 years old was significant difference(χ2=357.588,P=0).the single infection、double infection、triple infection and quadruple infection were successively 79.23%、15.46%、4.34%、0.97%.Among hrHPV infection, the most common genotype was HPV16,followed by HPV 56、81、52、58、31、33、35、68、18,their infection rates were respectively 3.43%、3.32%、2.70%、2.60%、1.77%、1.45%、1.35%、1.25%、1.25%、1.14%;The lrHPV genotypes were ordered as follows:HPV43(1.45%)、HPV42(1.35%)、HPV6(1.04%)、HPV11(0.62%).18 cases were only lrHPV positive(8.70%),the rest 189 cases(91.30%) of HPV positive infected hrHPV genotypes or mixed with lrHPV genotypes. Conclusions:Healthy adult women (21 to 60 years old) in Dongying district had a relatively high rate of HPV infection. Except the period of 31 to 40 years old, the other groups are the entire peak multitude. The most common hrHPV was HPV16, and HPV43 was the superior lr HPV genotype as well. At the same time, single infection took up the largest percentage.
