摘要
经过十几年的发展,尽管上海国际航运中心硬环境建设的空间和格局已经日渐成熟,但其在软环境建设方面的开发和配套仍然匮乏。这一点不仅限制了其自身的纵深发展,还削弱了其国际航运中心的竞争力。因此,加快上海国际航运中心软环境方面的建设是现实的需要。
After ten years of development,although the hardware construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center has been mature,the development in the construction of soft environment is still scarce.This not only restricts its further development,but also weaken its competitiveness of the International Shipping Center.Therefore,speeding up the construction of soft environment in Shanghai International Shipping Center is the need of reality.
