近来上海自贸区话题引起了国人高度关注。围绕着什么是自贸区,自贸区有哪些特点,自贸区功能有哪些,自贸区与其他贸易区有什么差异,自贸区影响如何等等问题进行广泛讨论。作者通过对自由贸易区的文献研究,探寻自贸区发展路径。
