摘要
目的研究64层螺旋CT肺容积成像技术在慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取124例肺疾病患者应用64层螺旋CT对其进行肺容积扫描,同时给予常规肺功能检查,根据检查结果分析64层螺旋CT肺容积成像技术在COPD诊断中的应用价值。结果观察组FEV1和FEV1/VCMAX均较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),肺功能分级、RV、TLC、RV/TLC、FEV1和FEV1/VCMAX与右侧、左侧、全肺E/L指标呈现明显的相关性(P<0.01)。结论 64层螺旋CT肺容积成像能快速、准确的测定肺气肿与肺总容积之比,对COPD的临床早期诊断具有明确意义。
Objective To study the application value of 64-slice spiral CT lung volume imaging in the diagnosis of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 124 patients with lung disease were given 64-slice spiral CT lung volume scanning and routine pulmonary function tests at the same time. According to the results of 64- slice spiral CT lung volume imaging, its value was assessed. Results The levels of FEVl and FEVI/VCMAX were obviously lower in the observation group than in the control group (P 〈0. 01 ). Pulmonary function classification, RV, TLC, RV/TLC, FEVj and FEVj/VCMAX were correlated with E/L indicators of the right, left and whole lung (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT lung volume imaging can quickly and accurately determine the total emphysema and lung volume ratio, which is imortant to the clinical diagnosis of COPD.
