摘要 作为一种数字化学习资源、工具和产品,电子课本涉及众多利益相关者。如何兼顾与平衡相关各方的利益,在全球范围内都是一个极为敏感的问题。版权管理的核心就在于促进合理使用和利益平衡。基于电子课本内容包装规范的数字版权管理(DRM)加载方案,将电子课本内容保护的粒度分为课本整体和内容对象两个级别,使得电子课本的内容保护具有更大的弹性和使用度,可以对整本课本进行保护,也可以对具体的内容对象进行保护。方案并不干涉或限定电子课本出版商如何实施内容保护的具体技术,而是从标准的角度,提供一套加载于电子课本内容包上的技术方案,并抽象出DRM的核心元素与实现机制,用以支持电子课本数字版权保护的灵活性和可用性。经过技术验证,该方案并未对电子课本客户端造成额外计算量和负担,能够满足电子课本对数字版权保护的轻量级、可用性、易实施需求。 As a kind of digital learning resources, tools, and products, E-Textbooks involve lots of stakeholders. How to balance the interests of all parties involved is an extremely sensitive global issue. The core of copyright management is to promote the reasonable use and the balance of interests. On the base of E-Textbook content packaging specifications, the E-Textbook DRM loading scheme has been divided into two layers of protection level: the Textbook Level and the Content Object Level, allowing greater flexibility and usability by enabling the protection of E-Textbooks as a whole as well as its content objects. This design has proposed a technological solution loaded on the E-Textbook content package, and has abstracted the DRM core elements and the implementation mechanism. It provides flexibility and availability in E-Textbook digital right protection without interfering or limiting the publishers" choice of specific technologies. It has been verified that this design doesn't bring extra computation and other burdens on the client terminals, and can satisfy the demand for light weight, availability, and usability.
