摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)及后处理技术在食道异物诊断中的价值。方法 16例误吞骨性异物的患者接受MSCT检查,其中6例平扫,10例平扫加增强扫描,扫描完后将薄层重建的图像送工作站行MPR、VR等重建并分析。结果 13例异物位于食道第一狭窄处,3例位于食道第二狭窄处。12例异物位于食道内,未穿破食道壁,其中2例合并食道壁炎症,4例食道异物穿破食道壁引起食道周围脓肿。异物为条状、弧状、小片状或不规则状,异物在食道内走向多为斜向,其次为纵向或横向。结论 MSCT及后处理技术能准确地显示异物的位置、形态、大小和走向以及异物与食道周围组织、器官的关系,有利于临床制定治疗方案。
Objective To discuss the value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) and post-processing techniques in the diagnosis of foreign bodies in esophagus. Methods 16 patients had been taken with MSCT scan. 6 of them plain scan and 10 of them enhanced. And then post-processed with MPR or VR. Results In 13 of 16 cases, the foreign bodies located in the first narrow area of the esophagus and 3 cases in the second narrow area. In 12 cases of 16, the foreign bodies located inside the esophagus and caused esophagitis in 2 cases. In 4 cases of 16, the foreign bodies wear out of the esophagus and caused the abscess surrounding the esophagus .The shape of the foreign bodies were bar ,arc, little slice shape or Irregular shape. And located in the esophagus by declinate, longitudinal or orientation direction. Conclusion MSCT and post-processing techniques can display the accurate position ,the form ,and the size of the foreign body. And can also display accurately the relation of the foreign body with the surrounding tissues or organs.And that is the important in the selection of clinical treatment methods.
