江门市新会区医务人员手的卫生状况调查分析

目的了解新会区各级医疗机构医务人员手部卫生状况,调查医务人员的洗手卫生习惯以及对正确洗手的认识。方法采用随机抽查的方法对新会区各级医疗单位医务人员洗手前后进行取检材检测细菌菌落总数、致病菌(绿脓杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,溶血性链球菌,大肠菌群),真菌菌落总数,分析比较洗手消毒效果。结果相关流行病学研究表明,医院出现感染的主要传播介质之一就是医务人员的手,医务人员手卫生质量对医院感染数量有着直接性影响。结论由于医务人员手对细菌的传播所导致的医院感染率达到30%以上。因此,医务人员手部卫生在很大程度上影响着医院感染控制情况,合格手部卫生能够降低50%的医院感染发生率。然而,医院医务人员对相关洗手规定的遵循并不容乐观,而且在临床诊治的过程中,普遍存在着违法洗手规定的现象。

Conclusion Due to the medical staff hand to the hospital, as a result of the spread of bacteria infection rate of 30%or more. Therefore, medical staff hand hygiene to a great extent, affects the hospital infection control, 50%qualified hand hygiene can reduce the incidence of hospital infection. However, the hospital medical staff to follow relevant regulations to wash your hands and is not optimistic, and in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment, generally there is the phenomenon of illegal hand washing.
