中小学武术师资培训体系研究

Research on staff training system of martial arts schools

作为传统体育和优秀民族文化代表的武术早已被纳入了学校课程体系,这也是武术可持续发展的现实需要。学校武术是我国武术发展、后继人才培养的主要阵地。在当前,《中国武术段位制系列教程》在校园推广的新时期,加大中小学武术师资的培训势在必行。而对于目前较为混乱的培训局面,构建中小学武术师资培训体系非常必要。本文通过对武术师资和师资培训的现状进行分析,着力构建科学系统的培训体系。

As a representative of the traditional sports and the excellent national culture of martial arts have been incorporated into the school curriculum system,but also the realistic need,which the sustainable development of wushu.School wushu is a martial arts development and subsequent personnel training in our country main positions.At present,the Chinese martial arts Duan Weizhi series in the campus promotion in the new period, strengthen school wushu teachers training is imperative. For the relatively chaotic training,construction of primary and secondary school martial arts teacher training system is very necessary.This paper analyzed about the present situation of wushu teachers and teacher training,strive to building a scientific system of teacher training.
