摘要
海口希尔顿逸林酒店由于建筑使用功能要求,其平面超长、不规则、楼板局部开大洞,且项目所处地区设防烈度较高等问题,导致在满足建筑使用功能前提下传统结构体系难以实现。本文采用消能减震方案,该方案在保证建筑功能前提下有效地改善了结构抗侧刚度,并显著提高了主体结构在地震作用下的安全度,同时大幅减小了构件尺寸节约了工程造价。大震作用下,所有结构构件进入弹塑性状态,阻尼器承担主要耗能作用,主体结构变形控制在规范范围内,达到"大震不倒"的设计目标。
Due to the functional requirements of Doubletree by Hilton of Haikou, the building structure has long and irregular plane, opening holes floor, and the project area fortification intensity is higher, so the traditional structure system is difficult to satisfy the functional requirements. In this paper, the energy dissipation scheme is adopted. On the basis of meeting the building requirements, the lateral stiffness of the structure is ensured, the safety degree of the main structure under earthquake is improved effectively, and the component sizes are decreased and project costs are reduced. Under large earthquake, all components are in the state of elastic-plastic, the energy dissipation damper can absorb the major earthquake action, so the deformation range of the structure can be controlled within the limit of Code, and the fortification standard of no collapse under strong earthquake can be achieved.
