摘要
为了探究泰和乌鸡小肠发育的形态学变化规律,采用常规组织学方法,取1~7周龄泰和乌鸡的小肠制作石蜡切片,H.E.染色,显微镜下观察、测量小肠发育的组织学变化数据。结果表明:泰和乌鸡小肠绒毛高度、肌层厚度随目龄增加显著增加。小肠腺深度随日龄增加而加深,5周达到最大值后开始降低;十二指肠和回肠绒毛宽度、肠绒毛高度/肠腺深度比值随日龄增加而增加,而空肠绒毛宽度以及空肠的肠绒毛高度/肠腺深度比值5周龄达到最大值后开始降低。说明第5周是泰和乌鸡小肠发育和形成其独特生理机能的关键时期。
To explore the changes in the morphological and developmental characteristics of the small intestine in Taihe silkies, the conventional histological methods were used in the research. The small intestines taken from the Taihe silkies at 1 to 7 weeks of age, were made into the par- affin sections with HE staining, and then the histological changes in the development of the small intestines were measured and observed under the microscope. The results showed that the villus height and the muscle thickness of small intestines in Taihe silkie were significantiy increased with the increase of the day of age. The crypt depth of the small intestine was increased with the increase of the day of age; it began to be de- creased after reaching its peak at 5 weeks of age. The villus width and villus height / crypt depth ( V/C ratio) of the duodenum and ileum were increased with the increase of the day of age, but those of jejunum begarl to be decreased after reaching their peaks at 5 weeks of age. The re- suits indicate that the five weeks of age was an important period for the development of small intestine and the formation of special physiological function in the silkies.
