摘要
为了克服犬细小病毒血凝检测因随时需要新鲜猪红细胞而不能在临床广泛应用的缺点,试验用戊二醛醛化猪红细胞进行犬细小病毒血凝试验(HA)。结果表明:醛化后的红细胞不变形,结构完整,细胞膜的硬度增加,细胞不易破碎。1%醛化猪红细胞比1%新鲜猪红细胞检测结果低1~2个效价,结果容易判读,且具有检测的特异性,准确性。说明醛化的猪红细胞可以代替新鲜猪红细胞进行血凝检测。
To overcomo the shortcoming of the hemagglutinin (HA)test for canine parvovirus not to be widely used in the clinical trial due to needing fresh pig erythrocytes at any time. Glutaraldehyde was used to hydroformylate pig erythrocytes for performing the HA test. The results showed that after hydroformylation,the pig erythrocytes had no obvious changes in shape with complete structure, and the hardness of the cell membrane was increased, which made the pig erythrocytes not to be easily broken. HA titer of 1% hydroformylated pig erythrocytes was one to two lower than that of the 1% fresh pig erythrocytes, and the results were easy to judge and read, showing high specificity and accuracy of detection. The results indicate that the hydroformylated pig erythrocytes can be used instead of fresh pig erythrocytes to perform in the HA test.
