摘要 选择产品的焊接工艺是否合理以及技术是否具有先进性,在核电产品的生产过程中会直接关系到产品的质量。焊接施工之前按照相关的要求规定,为了有效保证产品的焊接质量,必须对焊接工艺进行评定。根据相应的标准以及根据拟定的焊接工艺进行焊接试件制作和检验,从而测定焊接接头是否满足标准规定的各种性能即为焊接工艺评定。双相不锈钢S32101采用气保焊进行焊接,通过实施焊接工艺评定而获得焊接接头的性能是否满足标准的要求,从而为今后编制焊接工艺规程提供可靠的依据。 Whether the welding procedure of the selection of products is reasonable and the technology is advanced in the production process of nuclear power products are directly related to product quality. In order to ensure the welding quality of products, before the welding construction in accordance with the relevant requirements we must assess the welding process. According to the corresponding standard and the welding process for welding specimen preparation and inspection, to determine whether the various properties of welded joints meet the prescribed standards are the welding procedure qualification. Duplex stainless steel S32101 uses gas shielded arc for welding, and through the implementation of welding procedure qualification to obtain whether the welding joint performance meets the standard requirements, so as to provide reliable basis for welding process specification.
