摘要
本文从三个方面对工程建设进度控制进行剖析:一是工程建设进度控制概述、内涵与特点;二是影响工程建设进度控制的因素,如业主方因素、勘察与设计方因素、施工方因素、工程相关参建单位方因素;三是工程进度控制的方法与措施。
This paper analyzes the progress control of engineering construction from three aspects： First, the outline, content and features of the progress control of engineering construction; Second, the influencing factors such as the owner side, survey and design side, the construction side and the engineering construction participants side; Third, methods and measures of the progress control of engineering construction.
