浅谈贫困山区建筑业农民工的现状与管理

Status and Management of Migrant Workers in Construction Industry of Poor Mountainous Areas

近年来我国的建筑业发展迅猛,贫困地区的人们为了改善自己的生活状况,提高自己的收入纷纷加入到建筑业农民工的行列,但是由于建筑业农民工人力资源管理体系的不完善,导致他们的合法权益屡屡受到侵犯。本文先分析了贫困地区建筑业农民工的一些现状及存在的问题,提出了一些强化建筑业农民工管理的对策。

In recent years, China＇s construction industry has a rapid development. To improve their living conditions and increase their income, people in poor areas have joined the ranks of migrant workers of the construction industry. But due to imperfect management system for migrant workers, their legal rights are often violated. This article firstly analyzes the current situation and problems of migrant workers in some poor areas and raises some management strategies.
