摘要
高职高专学生是大学生中一个比较特殊的群体,其学生管理工作复杂。为了最大限度的调动学生的积极性、主动性和创造性,达到自我管理的目的,本文提出将管理激励理论运用到学生管理工作中,根据高职高专学生的特点,运用不同的激励手段达到学生自我管理的目的。取得了较好的效果,有一定的借鉴意义。
Vocational students are special group. It is complex to manage them. In order to maximize the mobilization of the students'enthusiasm,initiative and creativity, to achieve the purpose of self-management, in this paper, the theory of management motivation is applied to the work of students management. According to the characteristics of vocational students, we use different means of incentive to manage students. There are certain referential significance.
