地方高校科研人员是指在普通省属高校中,向学生群体传递理论知识信息、业务技能和职业修养,又能从事相关领域理论创新、技术创造、专利转化或科技服务的相关人员。对他们的绩效管理需确定其绩效管理的目标和原则、制定其的绩效管理计划、对其进行维持有序、健康的绩效沟通并对其进行科学有效的绩效评估。
Local university scientific research personnel refers to those who not only impart theoretical knowledge, business skills and professional accomplishment to students but also are engaged in theoretical innovation, technology creation, patent conversion or technology service in the related field. For their performance management, it is necessary to determine the objectives and principles of performance management, make the performance management plan, maintain the orderly and healthy performance communication and carry on the scientific and effective performance evaluation.
