摘要
在实现充分就业的基础上,如何做到高职毕业生的"体面就业",直接关系到高职院校的生存和可持续发展,对于我国人力资源的合理配置和整个经济社会的健康发展意义深远。所谓"体面就业"是指在就业岗位可以选择的情况下,其获得专业对口、待遇公平、权利保障、具有人格尊严的可持续发展的就业机会。"体面就业"主要从自主选择就业岗位的机会、就业岗位质量、职业发展的可持续性、主观满意度等四个方面进行评价。实现毕业生"体面就业"应从完善就业指导教育、加强就业能力培养、发展创新创业能力等方面入手。
How to promote the " decent employment" of vocational graduates is directly related to the survival and sustainable de- velopment of higher vocational colleges, the rational allocation of human resources in China, and the healthy development of the econo- my and society as a whole. "Decent employment" means everyone can choose to gain a job suited to his special training, salary equity, rights, human dignity and sustainable development opportunities. "Decent employment" could be evaluated from the job chosen oppor- tunities, the quality of job, the career development, and the subjective satisfaction. We should improve the employment guiding educa- tion, enhance student's employability, and develop innovative entrepreneurship to achieve "decent employment".
