摘要
为明确不同香型烤烟烟叶香气特征,以国内外典型生态区浓香型、清香型和中间香型烤烟烟叶样品为试验材料,对其香韵种类和强度进行感官评价与分析。结果表明,浓香型是在烤烟本香(干草香)的基础上,以焦甜香、木香、焦香、辛香等为主体香韵的香气特征,焦甜香韵突出;清香型是在烤烟本香(干草香)的基础上,以清甜香、青香、木香、辛香等为主体香韵的香气特征,清甜香韵突出;中间香型是在烤烟本香(干草香)的基础上,以正甜香、木香、辛香等为主体香韵的香气特征,正甜香韵突出。
In order to investigate the aroma characteristics ot IlUe-cureo tt)oatstsu ~cav,~ u styles, the aroma characters and intensity of flue-cured tobacco leaf samples of robust, fresh and medium flavor styles collected from typical ecological zones at home and abroad were evaluated and analyzed. The results showed that on the basis of natural tobacco aroma (hay-like scent), burnt-sweetness, woody, burnt and spicy scents were the main aroma characteristics of robust flavor style flue-cured tobacco, particularly burnt-sweetness; on the basis of natural tobacco aroma (hay-like scent), fresh-sweetness, green, woody and spicy scents were the main aroma characteristics of fresh flavor style flue-cured tobacco, particularly fresh-sweetness; on the basis of natural tobacco aroma (hay-like scent), pure-sweetness, woody and spicy scents were the main aroma characteristics of medium flavor style flue-cured tobacco, particularly pure-sweetness.
