新时期高校图书馆服务发展特点与趋势分析——基于服务项目的演化

On the Characteristics and Trends of the Development of Academic Libraries' Services in the New Period:Based on the Evolution of Services

通过大量文献调研,绘制出我国高校图书馆从20世纪80年代至今所开展的服务项目的时间分布框架图。回顾我国高校图书馆近数十年来服务发展过程,发现其变化发展受技术、用户需求、职能及问题驱动。然后通过对我国"985工程"高校图书馆当前服务项目开展状况进行调查分析,找出新时期我国高校图书馆服务发展的特点和存在的问题,并指出未来服务发展的主要趋势包括发展和创新开放存取、阵地服务、科研数据管理、情报研究等服务。

After extensive literature survey and research, a time distribution framework map is drawn about the services of academic libraries in China from 1980s. The development of academic libraries＇ services in the past decades was driven by technology, users＇ needs, functions of libraries, and problems. Then, with a survey of the status of libraries services in ＂985 project＂ universities, the characteristics and existing problems of the development of academic libraries in new period is found. And the trends of services include： the development and innovation of OA, position service, research data management and intelligence research, etc.
