Study on the Mode of Reference Service of Library in Ubiquitous Environment

随着泛在技术、移动技术、无线技术的飞速发展,泛在服务成为国内外图书馆研究的重点。文章首先阐述泛在环境为图书馆参考咨询服务带来的影响,介绍了国外图书馆参考咨询服务模式,最后指出泛在环境下图书馆参考咨询服务存在的挑战与机会。

With the rapid development of ubiquitous technology, mobile technology, wireless technology, reference service becomes the focus research subject of library in domestic and overseas. This article states the effects of the library reference service which bring by ubiquitous environments, then introduces the service mode of foreign library reference and analyzes the challenges and opportunities of the library reference service, in order to provides some references and advises to the library in China.
