摘要
本文基于扁平化理论,以西南大学图书馆为例,构建了一种以学科为导向的文献采访团队。该团队的建立将采访行为由"一个人的选择"变成"一个团队的选择"、将采访人员的"选"和"采"适度分离,能够有效弥补采访人员由于自己的学科背景、知识能力不足而无法满足各学科专业文献采购需求的弊端,能够提高馆藏文献的质量。同时对两种不同的文献采访模式进行了比较和解析。
Based on the flattening theory this paper tries to take the Southwest University library for example to construct a discipline - oriented literature acquisition team. The establishment of this team turns the acquisition behavior from the choice of one person into the choice of team, and moderately separates between the picking and purchasing behaviors of acquisition worker. This can effectively make up for the drawback of acquisition workers, which are always unable to meet the acquisition requirements of various disciplines' professional literature, because of limitation of their own disciplines and lack of knowledge. It can also improve the quality of library collection. In addition, two different types of literature acquisition are compared and analyzed in this paper.
