摘要
交交变频电励磁同步电机矢量控制系统在大功率及特大功率低频场合有着广泛的应用,磁链估计是实现电励磁同步电机矢量控制的基础。提出了一种新型磁链估计器,估计器由电流模型磁链估计器和新型的基于比例谐振控制的电压模型磁链估计器相结合而成。采用分段线性方法对交交变频的电流断续进行补偿,采用高频采样和变周期滤波方法提取基波信号。仿真分析了估计器在稳态、动态以及全速范围的工作情况。960V/1.6MW机组实验结果表明,提出的磁链估计器在交交变频电励磁同步电机矢量控制的全速范围内均能保证系统的调速性能。
Cycloconverter-fed electrically excited synchronous motor systems are widely used in high-power and low-speed applications.Apparently,flux estimation is the foundation of vector control for the electrically excited synchronous motor.A novel flux estimator is proposed by combining the current model and proportional resonant controller-based voltage model.The discontinuous current problem is solved by piecewise linearization compensation.The basic waves are extracted through fixed period sampling and variable filtering.Different conditions such as the steady state,the dynamic state and the full speed range of operation are simulated.The algorithm is verified by 960V/1.6MW field test.Experimental results show that the proposed flux estimator is capable of effectively estimating the flux in vector control systems of the cycloconverter-fed electrically excited synchronous motor.
