摘要
当前水泥粉磨应用的管磨机主要采用边缘传动、中心传动两种传动形式。本文围绕管磨机粉磨系统优质、高产、低消耗,从理论与实践两个方面,分析管磨机的不同传动形式在投资、效益等方面的差别,进而说明了管磨机适宜传动形式对系统效益的重要作用,必将对管磨机粉磨相关行业技术进步带来积极影响。
At present, the transmission style of the tube mill applied to cement grinding includes edge transmission and central transmission. In view of the quality operation, high productivity and low energy consumption of the tube mill grinding system, the paper analyzed the differences of various transmission style of the tube mill in investment and efficiency in the aspect of theory and practice, and then illustrated the important role of optimal transmission style of the tube mill played on the system efficiency. The optimal transmission style of the tube mill would certainly bring about positive influence on progress of technologies relevant to the tube mill.
