摘要
以溢流调节的自激式水幕除尘器为研究对象,通过试验探究风量和节流强度对除尘器全压损的影响规律。试验表明,在固定节流强度下,增加风量,全压损增幅分3阶段变化;固定风量时,增加节流强度,全压损以抛物线形式增长;风量影响全压损的各阻力项,对全压损的影响关系复杂,节流强度仅与节流阻力和气、液接触阻力相关。
Taking an overflow self-oscillating water curtain duster as the research objective, the influence law of air volume and throttling strength on total pressure loss of the duster was explored by tests. The test results showed that: in the condition of constant throttling strength, the increasing amplitude of total pressure loss varied in three stages with rise of the air volume; while the air volume being constant, the total pressure loss increased in a parabolic form with rise of the throttling strength; each resistance item of the total pressure loss was affected by the air volume, and the influence of the air volume on the total pressure loss was complex; the throttling strength only related to throttling resistance and gas-liquid contact resistance.
