离心式通风机动叶调节节能特性的试验研究 被引量:1

Test study on energy saving characteristics of flap adjustment in centrifugal fan

摘要 为了探讨分析动叶调节在离心式通风机上的节能特性,采用实体试验的方法,分别对国产4—72型离心式通风机在动叶调节和前导器调节情况下进行试验,得出了该通风机在两种调节措施下的性能、系统效率、调节效率及经济性综合特性曲线。研究表明,动叶调节比前导器调节的调节效率和系统效率都要高:在流量比Qv/Qva为0.85时,动叶调节和前导器调节的调节效率分别为0.971、0.916,系统效率分别为0.77、0.73;流量比Qv/Qv。在0.85—0.95之间变化时,动叶调节和前导器调节的系统效率分别降低2.56%、11.54%,调节效率分别降低4%、10%。另外,动叶调节相对于前导器调节的节能率均为正值,且流量比Qv/Qva为0.7时,节能率达到37%。若将动叶调节应用在G4-72型离心式通风机上,可以极大地提高通风机运行工况范围及其经济性。 To analyze energy saving characteristics of flap adjustment in the centrifugal fan, entitative tests were conducted on G4-72 centrifugal fan separately in flap adjustment and leading device adjustment condition, and performance curve, system efficiency, adjusting efficiency and overall economic characteristic curve of the fan in the above conditions were obtained. Study results showed the adjusting efficiency and the system efficiency in flap adjustment condition were higher than those in leading device adjustment condition. While the flow ratio of QV/QVa was 0.85, the adjusting efficiency was 0.971 and 0.916 as well as the system efficiency was 0.77 and 0.73 respectively in flap adjustment condition and in leading device adjustment condition. While the flow ratio of QV/QVa ranged during 0.85 - 0.95, the adjusting efficiency declined by 4% and 10% as well as the system efficiency declined by 2.56% and 11.54% respectively in flap adjustment condition and in leading device adjustment condition. Besides, compared with in leading device adjustment condition, all the energy saving ratio in flap adjustment condition was positive, and while the flow ration of QV/QVa was 0.7, the energy saving reached 37%. If the flap adjustment is applied to G4-72 centrifugal fan, its range of working condition and economic efficiency would improved greatly.
