乌努格吐山铜钼矿SABC碎磨流程能耗分布规律研究 被引量:5

Research of energy consumption distribution laws of SABC comminution circuit in Wunugetushan Copper-molybdenum Mine

摘要 为进一步提高对SABC碎磨流程能耗分布规律的认识,以乌努格吐山铜钼矿SABC碎磨流程为研究对象,统计并分析流程中各设备功率、单位功耗、能耗分布比例、顽石返回率与处理量的关系。对乌山现场碎磨流程整体运行状态进行评价,指出碎磨流程中存在的问题,并对该流程技术改造提出了一些建议。 To further understand the energy consumption distribution laws of SABC comminution circuit, some statistic work of SABC comminution circuit in Wunugetushan Copper-molybdenum Mine was conducted. The influences of equipment power, specific energy consumption, energy consumption distribution ratio and pebble re^rn ratio on throughput were analyzed also. In addition, the whole operation status of the comminution circuit in Wunugetushan Copper-molybdenum Mine was evaluated, and some problems of the circuit were pointed out. At last, some suggestions on technical innovation of the circuit were offered.
