摘要 高压辊磨机在不同工况下,尤其是在挤压磨蚀性大的物料时,传统下侧板的使用寿命非常短,物料进入磨损后的下侧板和辊子端面的缝隙中,使下侧板和辊子侧边的磨损加剧,严重影响挤压辊的使用效果及寿命。基于此,设计了一种镶嵌柱钉式下侧板,增加了其抗磨损的能力,有效延长了其使用寿命,并达到保护挤压辊辊子侧边,防止磨损加剧的作用,进而达到提高高压辊磨机挤压辊使用寿命的目的,并可有效防止因下侧板磨损造成的漏料,对产品粒度分布产生积极的影响。 In various operation modes of high pressure grinding roller (HPGR), particularly materials with great corrodibility were extruded in it, the service lifespan of the down side plate was very short. After the material entered into the gap between the worn down side plate and the roller end face, the abrasion of the down side plate and the roller lateral aggravated further, which greatly affected the service effects and lifespan of the roller. In view of that, a kind of studded down side plate was designed, whose wearing resistance enhanced and service lifespan prolonged, so the abrasion aggravation was avoided. Thus, the service lifespan of HPGR roller increased, which could prevent the leakage due to abrasion of the down side plate and create positive effects on product size distribution.
