摘要
以矿山设备的双电动机传动为背景,结合实际工况针对常见的两种双电动机传动类型进行了深入探讨,分析了产生不同步现象的主要因素,并基于西门子变频器提出了合适的调速控制方案。将控制方案应用前后的运行结果进行比较和分析,结果证明控制效果良好。
In combination with actual operation mode, two types of dual-motor drive in mining equipments were discussed, and main factors brought about asynchronous drive were analyzed. In addition, suitable speed control scheme based on Siemens inverter was proposed. The contrast between the operation results before and after application of the scheme indicated that the scheme had excellent control effects.
