农业专类园的分类及规划设计现状——以浙江为例

Classification and Planning Situation of Specified Agriculture Garden:Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example

我国休闲观光农业发展日新月异,但存在集聚性作用不明显、规划零散无序的问题,专类园的应用意识欠缺便是集中体现之一。该研究结合江浙地区观光农业园区的实地调查和园区规划设计实践,首次提出了"农业专类园"的概念,并根据服务形态将其分为4个类型,即景观游赏型、娱乐参与型、科普教育型和生产展示型,进一步阐释了各类型的涵义、特点和应用方式。农业专类园的应用,对于提升观光农业园区的整体游赏品质、生态效益和经济效益均有积极的推动作用,为休闲观光农业园区的规划设计提供借鉴。

In spite of the rapid development of domestic sightseeing agricultural gardens, their agglomeration role is not remarkable and the planning of them is fragmented, which embodies in lacking consciousness of applying the concept of theme garden. Based on field surveys and participations in planning design cases, the concept of ＂specified agriculture garden＂ is first proposed in this article. According to different service forms, specified agriculture garden is divided into four types in this article： landscape touring, recreational participation, popular science education and production display. This paper illuminates the definition, characteristics and applications of each type in detail. The conclusion is that the application of specified agriculture garden plays a positive role in improving overall quality of touring and enhancing ecological and economic benefits of sightseeing agricultural garden, providing significance reference for the planning and design of sightseeing agricultural gardens.
