关于海南城市消防站营区规划建设问题的探讨

Discussion on the Planning and Construction of Urban Fire Station in Hainan

随着海南国际旅游岛建设和消防事业的发展,将会兴建更多城市消防站。为更科学地进行消防站营区规划设计与建设,确保符合城市规划要求的同时更要满足官兵使用的需求。根据消防站营区特殊的使用需求,笔者首先从营区的停车场、训练场、洗车场、绿化、场所空间五方面分析了海南近期已建消防站营区规划建设存在的主要问题,然后提出解决这些问题的"项链"式规划建设模式,对该模式的内涵和优势特点进行了详细阐述和分析,论证了"项链"规划模式在规划建设过程中实施的可行性和必要性。

With the development of Hainan fire prevention industry ,many urban fire stations will be constructed. In order to solve the problems of the planning and construction scientifically, we should make the urban fire stations＂ planning and construction not only be accord with the urban planning but also satisfy the fireman＇s needs. The article analyzes the deficiencies of Hainan urban fire stations which have been constructed nearly on the five aspects such as parking lot, training ground, car wash, afforest and site space. Then, ＂necklace pattern＂ is been proposed to solve the deficiencies. At last, the discussion of the connotation and advantages of the ＂necklace pattern＂ proves the feasibility and the necessity of the pattern in practical.
