摘要
介绍了石油测井用承压金属保温瓶的研制过程中出现的两个焊接问题。通过调整焊接工艺参数和采取反变形的工艺方法,解决了瓶体的V型坡口对接焊和瓶体总长度的控制问题,保证保温瓶的成功研制。
This paper introduced two welding problems during the development of the load -bearing metal vacuum flask used in petroleum logging. The problems of V - shape groove butt welding and the total length of the flask were solved by changing the welding parameters and applying the reverse deformation method. These solutions ensured the successful development of the vacu- um flask.
