摘要
利用静电层层自组装技术,制备聚乳酸/β-磷酸三钙/透明质酸/壳聚糖(PDLLA/β-TCP/HA/CS)神经支架。探讨组装层数、时间、温度、pH值和组装溶液浓度比等因素对PDLLA/β-TCP/HA/CS神经支架制备的影响,确定最佳制备工艺。用傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱和扫描电镜对所制备的神经支架材料进行表征。结果表明,PDLLA/β-TCP/HA/CS神经支架已成功制备,且其最佳制备条件为:每层组装30min,温度为30℃,组装溶液pH值为3.8,HA/CS的浓度比为3∶1;扫描电镜图显示其具有适于神经再生的多孔结构,有望成为一种理想的组织工程神经支架。
PDLLA/βTCP/HA/CS nerve scaffold was prepared by layer-by-layer self assembly technique. The influ- ences of the layer number, time, temperature, pH and different mixing proportions of hyaluronic acid/chitosan were related to self assembly process. All total reflection fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) showed the aminolyzed PDLLA/β-TCP core material was successfully prepared. It shows that optimal conditions are:assembled 6 layers, each layer assemblings 30 min,the temperature is 30 ℃ ,the pH value is 3. 8 and the concentration ratio of HA and CS is 3 : 1. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results show it has a porous structure and is expected to be a ideal tissue engineering nerve scaffold.
