摘要
为了分析不同因素与混合料高温稳定性能的关联程度及讨论单因素的变化是如何影响混合料高温稳定性能的,采用车辙试验,将孤立变量法和灰关联分析法相结合,研究级配、沥青用量、空隙率、胶粉掺量及击实温度5个因素对温拌橡胶沥青SMA高温稳定性能的影响规律。结果表明,温拌橡胶沥青SMA击实温度是影响高温稳定性能的最显著因素,胶粉掺量、空隙率也有较大的影响,各因素关联度按照显著性排序依次为击实温度→胶粉掺量→空隙率→2.36mm通过率→沥青用量。
In order to analyze the relation degree between different effect factors and high temperature stabilization of the mixture, and to discuss how the change of single factor affect its high temperature stabilization, the rutting test was carried out to study how the 5 effect factors including aggregate gradation, asphalt content, air voids, rubber powder content and compaction temperature affect the high temperature stabilization of warm mix rubber asphalt SMA, combing isolated variable method and grey relational analysiS. It shows that compaction temperature has the greatest influence on high temperature stabilization of warm mix rubber asphalt mixture,and content of rubber powder and air voids also have obvious influence. The sequence of different effect factors (from important to unimportant) is that compaction temperature→rubber powder content→air voids→2. 36 mm passing percent→asphalt content.
