摘要
从理论上分析了双钢轮振动压路机在平稳振动状态下所受的外负载,主要包括钢轮的激振力、减振器的减振力以及随振材料的随动力,并利用14t双钢轮振动压路机进行了平稳压实作业试验研究。结果发现,平稳振动状态下,低幅高频时随动负载占振动系统总负载的40%-50%,而高幅低频时随动负载占振动系统总负载的70%左右。因此,在振动系统设计时,需要对激振力取2.5左右的安全系数以考虑平稳振动中随动力及减振力的影响。
It was analyzed theoretically that there are three kinds of external loads to the vibration system, including the exciting force of two drums, the damping force of shock absorbers and the follower forces of vibrating soil. Then a test was done with a 14 t double-drum vibratory roller, and the results show that, when the vibration system works stably, the follower load accounts for 40%-50% of total vibration system loads at low amplitude and high frequency, and accounts for about 70% of total loads at high amplitude and low frequency.
