摘要
针对甲醛污染问题,研制了一种去除甲醛的催化纤维。利用硼氢化钠还原法制备了活性炭纤维(ACFs)载铂(Pt)催化剂(Pt/ACFs),采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、氮气吸附-脱附等温线等方法对其进行了表征。Pt/ACFs对甲醛的催化性能结果表明,Pt/ACFs对甲醛具有良好的催化氧化性能,反应9 h后甲醛的去除率可达96.5%,并将甲醛矿化为二氧化碳,且具有较好的重复使用性能。此外,Pt/ACFs在室温下同样能有效净化空气中的甲醛,并且可矿化为二氧化碳。
A catalytic fiber was prepared in order to eliminate formaldehyde. Platinum (Pt) was supported onto activated carbon fibers (ACFs) by chemical reduction method with sodium borohydride to obtain the catalyst (Pt/ACFs), and then Pt/ACFs was characterized by scanning electron micro- scope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the nitrogen isothermal adsorption/desorption. The catalytic activity of Pt/ACFs on formaldehyde was investigated. The experimental results indicated that Pt/ACFs displayed excellent catalytic activity, and the elimination of formaldehyde was more than 96.5% in 9 h. Furthermore, formaldehyde could be mineralized to carbon dioxide. Moreover, Pt/ACFs could be recycled. More importantly, Pt/ACFs also can efficiently purify the formaldehyde in air at room temperature.
