摘要 采用含氟丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甘油酯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、丙烯酸丁酯、一缩二丙二醇为单体,以NP-10、NP-8、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵为乳化剂,偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐作为引发剂,使用微射流纳米分散仪预乳化法制备拒水拒油含氟丙烯酸酯乳液,并研究了预乳化工艺对乳液粒径及其应用性能的影响.结果表明,在103.425 MPa压力下微射流预乳化2次得到的整理剂的粒径均匀分布在50 ~ 57 nm之间,整理剂带正电荷,物化性能稳定.用其整理后的棉织物,对水和对油接触角分别达到140°和125°以上. This article prepared a kind of water and oil repellent fluorinated acrylate emulsion, using a micro-jet nanodispersion meter for pre-emulsifieation. The fluorine-containing acrylate, glycerol methacrylate, N, N-dimethylformamide, butyl acrylate and dipropylene glycol were used as monomer, NP-10, NP-8 and octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as emulsifier and azobisisobutylamidine hydrochloride as initiator. The effects of pre-emulsifying process on the emulsion particle size and application performance were investigated. The results showed that the particle size distribution of the finishing agent which had been subjected to twice micro-jet emulsification under the pressure of 103. 425 MPa ranged from 50 to 57 nm, carrying positive charge, with stable physio-chemical properties. The water and oil contact angles of the cotton fabric treated with this emulsion were up to or over 140°and 145°, respectively.
