摘要
为了探索高值化纤维素纤维的发展,综述了离子液体新介质在高值化纤维素纤维中的应用,详细介绍了离子液体溶剂体系、纺丝过程与技术的进展,指出离子液体新介质应用于纤维素纤维理论研究已比较完善,形成一定的技术积累,处在工程化的前期。通过列举多种离子液体为溶剂的高值化纤维素纤维产品,指出高值化纤维素复合纤维与纤维素衍生物纤维是离子液体在纤维素纤维产品开发领域的发展方向。
In order to explore the development of high value added cellulose fibers, the paper makes a review of the application of ionic liquids as a novel solvent in the preparation of high value added cellulose fibers, including the ionic liquid solvent system, and the spinning process and technological progress, and pointing out that based on rather mature theoretical research and accumulation of related technology, and the use of ionic liquids as a novel solvent in the preparation of cellulose fibers is now in the early phase of engineering. Many kinds of high value added cellulose fibers prepared using ionic liquid as a solvent have been listed. It is proposed that the development of high value added composite cellulose fibers and cellulose derivation fibers should be the direction of applied research of ionic liquids.
