达赉湖区域经济发展过快,导致了生态环境问题和潜在危机。其原因在于:过分追求经济利益、缺乏系统的长远考虑、政府业绩评价过于重视经济利益、对生态系统认识的局限性。克服这些问题,达赉湖区域的发展应当遵循以当地人们的福祉改善为发展根本目标、立足于千秋万代统筹规划设计未来、不损害后代子孙利益等原则,采取统筹制定达赉湖区域规划、调整该区域政府业绩构成、弘扬中国传统道德文化精髓、制定和完善相关管理制度等措施。

Rapid development of economic in Dalaihu region has led to environmental problems and potential crises. The cause of problems is that： excessively run after economic interests, lack of systematic and long-term consideration, pay too much attention on economic benefits in performance evaluation of government, limitedly understand of ecosystems. To overcome these problems, in the Dalai Lake Regional development we should follow the principles：regard the local people＇s well-being improvement as fundamental objective of development, plan and design the future based on generations, don＇t damage benefit of future generations. We should take measures： make development plan ofDalai Lake Regional as a whole, adjust the constitute of performance evaluation of government, promote the essence of Chinese traditional moral culture, make and improve relevant management measures.
