当前农村土地流转成为社会各界高度关注的社会热点议题,并掀起了一股推进农村土地流转的热潮。然而,我国农村土地流转面临以下重大问题与挑战:农村土地流转威胁我国粮食安全;农村土地流转形成新的分配不公影响共同富裕目标的实现;基于当前的基本国情,我国并不具备大规模推进农村土地流转的条件。因此,我们必须慎重对待农村土地流转。即使对于条件具备的地区,也要审慎地加以推进。
