农民现代性的“脱域”问题与培育机制研究

Research on“Disembeding”Issue and Cultivation Mechanism of Farmers' Modernity

现代化进程撕裂了传统的社会结构,却未及时建构起可供农民选择的价值谱系,农民现代性呈现出一种"脱域"的状态。究其原因,主要是由于市场经济体制不完善、公民社会不健全和公民意识不成熟等原因造成的。因此,当务之急是提出通过完善市场经济体制,构建农民现代性获得的基础性平台、消解公民社会的"缺场",拓展农民现代性生成的社会空间、加强现代公民意识教育,畅通农民现代性发展的重要渠道等方面来入手,进而确立起以主体意识、权利意识、责任意识、参与意识、法治精神和道德自觉为内涵的农民现代性气质与特征。

The process of modernization had tore the traditional social structure rather quickly and failed to immediately construct alternative value system for farmers. The modernity of farmers then falls into a ＂disembeding ＂state. The hiding reasons of the phenomenon include the followings： the imperfect market economic system; the imperfect civil society; and the immature citizen consciousness. Therefore, the pressing matter is to perfect the market economic system. By this perfection, we may establish the basic platform for farmer to obtain modernity, may dissolve the ＂absence＂ of the civil society and develop the social space-generation for farmers＇ modernity. Furthermore, it can strengthen the educating process of citizen consciousness and create smooth channel for the farmers＇ modernity. Hence, the modem temperament and character of farmers, including subject consciousness, rights consciousness, responsibility sense, participation sense and the spirit of the rule of law and moral consciousness, will be established successfully.
