年轻领导干部融入新工作环境的策略 被引量:1

摘要 竞争性选拔作为领导干部选任的一种重要方式,为加快和优化领导干部队伍建设起到了积极的作用。通过竞争性选拔产生的年轻领导干部群体具有年富力强、学历层次高、综合素质好等特点,很好地改善了干部队伍的年龄结构、专业结构和经历结构,并为党政领导干部队伍注入了新鲜的血液,带来了生机和活力。
