摘要
目的研究茼蒿的镇咳、祛痰作用。方法设立空白对照组、茼蒿提取物(0.4,0.2,0.1ml)组、阳性对照组(川贝止咳糖浆)组。采用小鼠氨水引咳法和气管酚红排泄法评价茼蒿提取物的镇咳和祛痰作用。结果茼蒿提取物能明显延长小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数,增加小鼠呼吸道黏膜酚红的排出量。结论茼蒿提取液具有显著的镇咳祛痰作用,可作为一种食疗方法应用。
Objective To study the antitussive and expectorant effects of Tonghao extraction. Methods Five groups were separa- ted as negative control, Tonghao extraction (0.4, 0.2, 0. lml) groups and positive control which used fritillary bulb cough syr- up. Ammonia causing cough assay and phenol red excretion assay were employed to estimate the antitussive and expectorant effects of Tonghao extraction. Results Tonghao extraction could significantly prolong the latent period of cough, reduce the cough times and increase the amount of phenol red excreted from the mice~ trachea. Conclusion The results of our research suggested that Tonghao extraction has the effects of antitussive and expectorant, which could be used in food therapy.
